1- We do not accept returns on masks, shield & Inner-wear for hygiene reasons.
1: We charge Rs.50 on all orders below Rs.599. On orders above Rs.599, there are no charges for prepaid shipping. COD charges are extra.
2. We deliver products only across India at present.
1: We process and dispatch your orders within 1-3 business days of the order confirmed. The orders are confirmed by your bank in case of pre-paid payment modes.
2: You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 6-7 business days in major cities and 7 to 10 business days for other location.
How to Return a Product?
1: Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing. Enclose your invoice inside.
2: We can arrange for the parcel to be picked from some locations. Write to us at email@example.com, or submit your return request through the return request form, or contact us through the Chat with us or Whats App Link.
3: In case, we do not have a reverse pick up facility for your area, we may request you to simply courier the parcel to our address. Enclose the courier and booking receipt to get a refund for courier charges.
4. Claim warranty within 10 days against the manufacturing defect.
What are the items/services that cannot be returned?
1: No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
2: Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, contests or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.
3: Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.
4. Deal store & clearance sale items such as 99 store, 199 store, 299 store items cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Innerwear items cannot be returned or exchanged because of hygeine reasons.
How much time it takes for an exchange or issuing of credit or refund?
1: We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take us minimum 14 working days to process any refund/exchange via the original payment method.
2: In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take minimum 21 days from the date of the receipt of request from the customer.
