- Footwear and Apparel (Outerwear only): We gladly accept returns and exchanges for footwear and outerwear apparel. The product should be in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
- To initiate a return, simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached to the original packing. Enclose your invoice inside the package.
- We can arrange for the parcel to be picked up from some locations. Write to us at email@example.com or submit your return request through the return request form here, or contact us through the WhatsApp Link.
- If we do not have a reverse pick-up facility for your area, we may request you simply courier the parcel to our address. Enclose the courier and booking receipt to get a refund for courier charges.
- Warranty claims against manufacturing defects must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
ITEMS/SERVICES THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED:
- No individual item from a multipack can be returned; the entire multipack must be returned.
- Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, contests, or using credit coupons or promo codes cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed, or soiled.
- Deal store & clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All kinds of Panties: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for panties due to hygiene reasons. We encourage you to carefully select the size and style before making a purchase.
- Bras: We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial. Therefore, we offer exchanges for bras in case of size-related issues. Please ensure that the bra is in its original condition and packaging. Contact our customer service within the specified timeframe for assistance with the exchange process.
HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES FOR AN EXCHANGE OR ISSUING OF CREDIT OR REFUND?
- We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received and QC Passed, it will take us a minimum of 14 working days to process any refund/exchange via the original payment method.
- In case of a refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take a minimum of 21 days from the date of the receipt of the request from the customer.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days of receiving the correct product and will be credited through a cash-free link received on your mobile.
WARRANTY & GUARANTEE:
D'chica offers a warranty and guarantees only on manufacturing defects or faults present in the product before use. The warranty covers issues like faulty stitching, defective materials, or other manufacturing defects affecting functionality or quality. However, it does not cover damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents, customer alterations, or failure to follow care instructions. Additionally, damage or defects resulting from third-party repairs or modifications are not covered by the warranty.
