We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.*

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please retain proof of transaction, such as reverse pickup slips or package photos.

✅ Exchangeable Items:

Bras & Camisoles – Eligible for size-related exchanges only. The product must be in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Outerwear Apparel – Return/exchange allowed for unused products with original tags & packaging.

First exchange will be free shipping, for subsequent exchanges if any shipping cost of Rs.100 to be borne by the customer.

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will initiate the exchange.

If the product fails the quality check (used condition/different item returned), the exchange will not be processed. The customer can request a reshipment of the product they sent, with shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
